Find out how Jared & Joyce built a stunning new home that they can’t wait to live in!We currently live in Taiwan, and we decided to build our new home back in New Zealand and use as a rental until we return. Sarah made it really easy for us to make our ideas functional and practical. She came to us with everything we needed like colours, fabrics, curtains, tapware, all great ideas for our home.
We are really happy with the end result and how easy it was to communicate with Sarah. We trusted her with this job as we weren’t in the country to plan or manage things. Living over in Taiwan, it was really important to find someone to manage the job and look after everything for us, as well as managing costs and any problems that arose.
We are so happy with our new home & can’t wait to see it when we are back in New Zealand.
Sarah was able to be transparent and let us know the costs associated to getting the design right for our family to live in 8 years and our home to be rented.
She gave us a budget planner and helped us create a budget for the following:

- Bathroom fittings
- Flooring
- Window treatments
- Overall build
From there Sarah designed a modern space with appliances and a kitchen that will stay timeless, tie in with the home and be functional for years to come.
